HQ POSITIONS:

Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Twice a month processing of payroll (Mid & End Month)
  • To attend to queries from staff regarding salary and other problems
  • To document EPF/SOCSO & TAX for submission
  • To assist Manager in any other task within the department

Requirements:

  • Degree/LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience (preferably in service industry)
  • Familiar with Labour law / Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
  • Possess knowledge of computerized payroll – Quickpay
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Power-point
  • Possess positive attitude, able to multitask and able to uphold confidentiality
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and ensure effective accounting procedures including credit control & AR monitoring
  • Administer & ensure strict adherence to internal control policies & make recommendations to enhance protection of company assets
  • Provide accurate & timely management information for decision making
  • Effectively manage & plan company’s cash flow & working capital
  • Maintain good relationship & liaise with people at all levels of the business including auditors, tax authorities, bankers, customers, vendors as well as co-workers of the Company & Corporate Office
  • Must be able to handle full set of accounts (Preferably in F & B industry)
  • Must possess knowledge in accounting software

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills & able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and business partners
  • Committed, independent and has high levels of personal integrity
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Support team in developing and executing marketing programs
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to bring idea to life in-store and via external marketing efforts that optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with cross-functional team to develop plan and validate/implement throughout the system.
  • Research, gather content, write, review, edit and produce communications
  • Create strategic communication plans and measure communication effectiveness, gather feedback, report findings and conclusions and prepare action plans.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is necessary
  • Strong Web skills and knowledge of Web best-practices and experience managing websites
  • Communicate effectively, both written and orally.
  • Possess strong analytical and creative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player/builder with the ability to facilitate communication internally and externally

OPERATIONS POSITIONS:

Senior Restaurant Manager

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a restaurant / catering industry
  • Experience in running table service of restaurant with seating capacity of more than 150
  • Confident, persistent, dedicated and ability to forge good team spirit
  • Able to lead and motivate his / her team of employees
  • Ability to manage 30 employees and above
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Have had experience in food and beverage costing
  • Relevant Degree / Diploma is an added advantage

Kitchen Manager

(with Chef Background)
Requirements :

  • Possess Degree in Hotel Management / Professional Certificate or Diploma in Chef Training / Culinary Art or equivalent. (starting salary from RM3500 onwards for degree holders)
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in the kitchen
  • Exposure in Food and Beverage cost control
  • Familiar with western cuisine
  • Positive work attitude, resourceful, dedicated and ability to forge good team spirit and able to work independently

Restaurant Manager

Sous Chef

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that food preparation and handling is in accordance to HACCP standards.
  • Accountable for ordering and receiving of raw materials and controlling of food preparation.
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff and ensure that they are well trained and adhere to Company’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • Monitor and control food costs by minimizing on spoilage and wastage.
  • Ensure that all areas in the kitchen is maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Hotel & Food Preparation Management.
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management System is an added advantage.

Pastry Chef

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the production of bread rolls, pastries and cakes
  • Team player with a flair for creativity
  • Good planning, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quality conscious with an eye for details
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
